After regenerating my vibrant energy and youthfulness at midlife, I wanted to share all the recipes I developed, and wellness wisdom I learned, to hit the pause button on aging.

Digestion ages us more than any other bodily function. Too much food and processed foods tax the body’s digestion. Plant food enzymes, nutrients and fibers digest quickly to free up energy. This free energy allows the body to focus on other primary functions, such as circulating the blood, supporting the heart and lungs, and defending against disease.

Experiencing the transformational effects of a whole-food plant-based lifestyle on my fifty-something body was life changing. I began to look, but more importantly, feel, my best, vibrant, and energetic self. I’m passionate about sharing my system and guiding people to get their youthful energy back and fulfill their true potential.

Rawception’s philosophy is that it’s about youthful energy and aliveness rather than numbers such as age, or size.
